In Haitian Creole, Apre Lapli simply means “After the Rain.” I chose this name because I wanted to keep my connection to my heritage alive in everything I do or make — and let’s be real, it just fits so perfectly. Think about it: right after a shower (or a storm), there's that soft, still moment. A reset. A breath. Wouldn’t you agree?
The way you say it is exactly how it’s spelled. Try to sound it out. Lol — I’m sure you’ll say it just fine.
