What's the delivery time for orders?

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders received after 11:00 AM (EST) on Saturday will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday after 2:00 PM (EST) will also ship the next business day.

Please note: As soon as packages leave our facility, shipping is no longer under our control. Rue & Dagger, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.

However, we understand how frustrating that can be — we will gladly assist on a case-by-case basis to help you resolve the issue or replace your order when possible.

Due to carrier delays and other factors beyond our control, packages may take longer to arrive during peak seasons or unforeseen events

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping depending on the location (1-3 business days) Shipping times may be delayed due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  Please note that as as packages leave our facility shipping is no longer in our control 

Do you ship internationally? 

We are only shipping domestically at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

How do we ship?

All of our packages are delivered to our customers via USPS.
