While both share similarities, Krishna basil stands out with its distinctive purple-tinged leaves and its ability to produce a delightful tea. Furthermore, among the two varieties, Krishna basil is renowned for its potency, as it boasts the highest concentrations of adaptogenic triterpenoic acids, which play a crucial role in influencing the body's response to stress.
Rama has a more of a cooling and mellow flavor.
