Ingredients: Organic Lemon Balm Leaf, Organic Mugwort, Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Hawthorn Berries, Organic Bulgarian Roses, Organic Holy Basil, and Organic Dried Strawberries

Please use 1-2 tsp in 6-8 oz of water. Please allow your tea to steep for 7-15 minutes covered. This tea blend can be steeped longer to achieve its maximum benefits.
