Bain Fey has been used for hundreds of years in the Haitian culture to help reset the body after it has given birth. These baths are created to help with soreness and relieve pain and also for your spiritual and emotional well being.
Please ensure that you have support when doing this bath yourself as this requires (3) days of you having to remain inside and lots of rest after the baths are completed. This will be most ideal when you have not scheduled any doctors appointments.
You must obtain a green light from your medical provider that you are in the clear to receive a postpartum bath.
*** In person baths are for the Atlanta and surrounding areas only**** We will not exceed 20 miles from the city of Atlanta. Should you live outside of that area, an additional charge for mileage and gas will be added to your order and an invoice will be sent to the email address on file***
Should That Haitian Healer (Lucy Toussaint) feel that the circumstances presented pose any danger to her person while administering the bath the postpartum bath will cease and a refund for the bath will be refunded only. You will be charged only for the herbs.
After you have made your purchase I will set a face to face meeting via Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Face time so we can discuss any questions that you may have, and so that we can get to know each other prior to the bath. Please note that if we do not meet via any of the mentioned preferred contact prior to your appointment your money will be refunded.
In the times that we live it is imperative that we ensure that you are safe as well as I. While this service is of a personal nature you also have the right to request a refund should you feel you would rather administer the bath yourself. We operate on transparency and truth at Rue & Dagger, and we do not force our services upon anyone who may feel otherwise.
I will send over detailed information on what you need so that your baths are successful. Please be sure to enter the correct contact information when checking out.
An email will be sent to you requesting the best date and time to go over the details and become acquainted with each other.
We will discuss details like date, location, and time for the baths. Please note that the time chosen will be the same time for the remaining days of the baths. For example, you have scheduled a bath for 3:00pm on Monday, August 20, 2023 than on August 21st and August 22nd at 3pm is when your bath will commence.
Prior to the bath commencing, you will sign a waiver that releases liability of That Haitian Healer and Rue & Dagger.
