Added dried strawberries and hibiscus are added for color and taste. The color of your tea will change due to the dried hibiscus.
Please use 1-2 tsp in 6-8 oz of water. Please allow your tea to steep for 7-15 minutes covered. This tea blend can be steeped longer to achieve its maximum benefits.
WARNING: This tea blend may interfere with thyroid and hormone activity. Should not be taken in conjunction with CNS depressants and thyroid medications.
